Week Three

This is a little late….sorry

 This week went pretty good. My ancle is getting better. i guess I twisted it kinds bad. But not too too bad. Im still running on the treadmill and probably will be for a while :) My diet this week was pretty good, as usual. Nothing special. I got lots of sleep! That was so nice! I’m not running too fast/hard right now seeing as I am trying not to run too hard on my ancle. I’m really being cautious, I really dont feel like breaking it again.

 So, all in all, this week was pretty good. I ran, ate, slept. Thats not too exciting :)
