Week Two

This week I ran for longer periods of time, but still not too, too long. I was trying to run 2 miles without stopping, but then i twisted my ancle and I had to back off a bit. I am still running on a treadmill because I am a baby and I dont want to run in the cold :)

This week, I continued to get a lot of sleep (well, as much as i CAN) and I have been eating pretty well too. Not perfect, but who is? The difficulty, I will say truthfully, is not that hard yet. I am still getting used to this, so I’m taking my time.

 Nothing special has gone on this week as far as running is concerned. So, yeah! I think thats it :)

    Just keep plugging along, trying to run 3 or so days a week and you will be fine for your race. The goal is to get to the starting line healthy.
