It is probably smart to run on the mill until you see how you respond to regular training on that ankle.  A consistent surface for now is a good thing.  I don't need to know the specifics of your diet.  You know what works for you and when you are eating a lot of junk vs eating well.  As we get into the training some more if you are feeling tired or not able to handle the training, diet is the forst thing I would look into.  Keep uo the good work.  It sounds like you have a great start.</description>
