ok, so i am now in Phoenix, I have been for a while now, that’s why I havent been writing lately. I have been running outside to get used to the heat. It is deffinitely different from running in MN. I am getting tired faster now, in the heat. I hope I’ll be able to do better by my race. Im keeping up with a good diet and plenty of sleep. My race is this sunday and i’m getting pretty nervous. I bought a brace for my ancle, is that going to be ok? I am looking forward to my race, i just hope i’ll be able to finish!

I think you got a little confused, my race isn’t untill June 15. But thats ok
The past couple days, i didnt get to run as much as I would have liked, I was in Michigan having my graduation open house. It was a very busy 5 days. But I am back in Duluth now and I am running outside almost everyday. I have been getting more sleep than usual since school got out. Which is very nice. My det has been the same as usual. I am getting kinda excited and very nervous about my race. Less than a month! Ah!

Wow…my race seems like it’s getting so close! only like a month and 6 days. wow. Anyhoo… this week was pretty good. ran outside more. Im getting used to that. I got plenty of sleep this week, which is shocking seeing as finals started on Wednesday! I ate pretty good this week. Had the occasional Pepsi, but thats it. I didnt mean to drink them, but im addicted! I will deffinitely be sure to drink someting with electrolites before my race and i will deffinitely keep hydrated. Dont really want to pass out on the side of the road
My mom is getting pretty good at the running too. She pretty excited as well. I didnt have the chance to run as much as I did last week, due to a family emergency, but I dont feel worried about the race

Ok, so my race seems like it’s coming up so fast! This week has been normal, like any other week. I ran out side a few days. Trying to gradually get up to running outside full time. I got and OK amount of sleep. ugh…and i ate a pretty good diet, not perfect, but pretty good. I am getting nervous for my race. I hope its not too too hot! I think it will be fine. Im getting excited!

This week has been pretty much uneventful. I went running outside one day, but plan on doing it more this week. Once again, my diet was the same, included alot of fruit. I love fruit! lol. I got a lot of sleep this week.Which was nice.
My race is coming up pretty soon! well, kinda soon. Im getting kinda excited!

This week went better than last week. My ancle is all better now (well, for the most part). I have been running about 4 miles straight now. Not great, but Im getting there. I have been getting a LOT of sleep this week, I dont know how that happened! My diet is good. Lots of fruits and veggies. I am still running on a treadmill, I might start running outside soon
I am not a pro at running yet, I probably wont be for a while. I am lookig forward to the race and cant wait till its over, truthfully! haha.
So, that’s my week four!

This is a little late….sorry
This week went pretty good. My ancle is getting better. i guess I twisted it kinds bad. But not too too bad. Im still running on the treadmill and probably will be for a while
My diet this week was pretty good, as usual. Nothing special. I got lots of sleep! That was so nice! I’m not running too fast/hard right now seeing as I am trying not to run too hard on my ancle. I’m really being cautious, I really dont feel like breaking it again.
So, all in all, this week was pretty good. I ran, ate, slept. Thats not too exciting

This week I ran for longer periods of time, but still not too, too long. I was trying to run 2 miles without stopping, but then i twisted my ancle and I had to back off a bit. I am still running on a treadmill because I am a baby and I dont want to run in the cold
This week, I continued to get a lot of sleep (well, as much as i CAN) and I have been eating pretty well too. Not perfect, but who is? The difficulty, I will say truthfully, is not that hard yet. I am still getting used to this, so I’m taking my time.
Nothing special has gone on this week as far as running is concerned. So, yeah! I think thats it

I just copied and pasted the questions you had under the course content. Hope its good enough :)
Duration of Run (time and miles, if you know)- I ran approximatly 1 mile each time I ran, which was about 4 days (i think
last week.
Perceived Effort-I put pretty much all the effort I had left in me after a day of classes and work. It wasn’t as much as I usually would have had, but it was still pretty goo, I would say
Did you complete the scheduled workout? (why or why not?)- I did complete the workout! I may have cut back on the distance a day or two, but I did it! Exciting
Difficulty of the training route- I run on a treadmill, so it wasnt that dificult. I changed the elevation a couple times, though
Any injury concerns?- nope, im pretty good so far. Though I do have to watch out for my ancle seeing as I have broken it twice. Dont really feel like doing it again
Lifestyle (Did you get enough sleep this week and did you eat a good diet?)- I got pretty decent sleep. Nothing to brag about, but pretty good. And my diet was decent too. I dont know specifics, but it involved a lot of fruit
