We have six more training runs/walks scheduled before the Thrill On The Hill on May 5. The weather is finally cooperating and we had some great walks this week. Dig deep and find the motivation to come join us. Spring forward your fitness and come enjoy a run/walk with friends as we prepare for the first Lake Superior College Thrill on the Hill 5k and 10k run/walk.
All abilities are encouraged to attend. We meet Tuesday and Thursday at 4:00pm and Tuesday at noon.
