I believe that the fashion model indrustry including playboys,clothing magazines, and basically all sexually oriented commmercial advertisment does somewhat sublimally affect the way that some women feel. Because of those feelings of inadequency, this could be a direct cause of depression, eating disorders, and low self esteem. At the same time however, i think people could be better then that, and rise above what the media tells us. The media lies and people should know that. Women should not put themselves up to the fake, created, so called “beutiful” standards that are depicted through the media.

I was very pleased with this essay. it hit the spot for me. It was a very interesting perspective to come from.  I thought that all the comparisons he made were well pointed out. It was just a quick short story but had a lot more then the story to say.

This was a pretty well put together essay. Obviously,i t was a english teacher to who wrote it. However, the thesis is somewhat displaced. it does not show up in the beginning where you would expect it to. Also, i like the metaphores somwhat but, they do not seem relatable enough. I can not really see the relationship between m&m’s students. Sorry Steve, i will need some harder detail if you want me to take this to heart. catch in a couple minutes.. 

And that is all i could say. The storm we had put the town on shutdown.. for most people. but not us. for my 3 roommates 8 other great friends and myself, this snowstorm was the perfect oppertunity to take out backcountry snowboarding to that town. we started up in chester park working some cliffs and feeling out the powder. Then we though about bombing down massaba ave. We took our buddies truck to the top.. had some firneds that live at the bottom.. and took the sickest ride of our life. the town was our snowpark. i could get incredibly detailed but i will spare it.. great time.. somthing i may never expierience again, and will never forget it. rad ride with the cwb’s holden it down.
