You were bound to get sore from that.  Even if you had done some 20 milers before the race, you would get tired and stiff.  It inevitably happens in a longr race.  I'll be hobbling around after Grandmas half--you watch.  I hope you still plan to participate in the class even though you are done with your race.  Keep me posted how you are recovering.</description>
