Print Card Info & Printing Procedures
Print Card Info:To print, you need to have a Print Debit Card. A Print Debit Card is given to each enrolled student at the Information Commons Help Desk. The card has a $4.00 credit. If you are a returning student and have a print card, a $5.00 credit will be added to the card.
To obtain your Print Debit Card, please bring your picture ID to the Information Commons Help Desk.
If you need to add more value to your card, there is a Cash to Card machine located next to the Information Commons Help Desk.
Printing Charges
Printing charges are 5¢ for black & white and 50¢ for color laser printing on plain paper.
Our new Canon Photo Printer is $2.00 a page. We do provide 13×19 Photo Paper.
To print to either color printer, please bring your files to the Help Desk.
Printing Procedures
Double Sided Printing
To save on paper, our printers are set to print double sided.
Single Sided Printing
- Click File, Print, Properties
- Click Layout Tab – Choose None – Click OK
Paper
Any paper (i.e. cardstock, photo) must be LaserJet compatible, please go to the Library Information Commons Help Desk for assistance.
