JACK ASS TWO

My crazy boys try things somewhat like they portray in this movie, only on a rather lower basis. They play pranks on each other and on me. Once they put a stuffed rat in the cupboard on an elastic string and attached it to the door. When I opened the door the rat would fly out and scare the crap out of me. I would scream really loud every time. The funny part about that is they kept moving it around to different doors and I would get just as scared every time. This went on for about a month until I gave it to the neighbor kid to try on his mother. They also love to drive their trucks in the weirdest places, just to see if they can make it through. The more mud the better, is their policy, or the steeper the incline. They also sometimes put their friends in the shopping cart at the store and they act like they’re retarded in order to get a laugh or attention. On the way home from Hinckley the other day one of my twin sons were driving and the other was in the back seat with an empty cup. He would fart into the cup and then hold it in front of his brother that was driving. It was nasty, so I told him he had to quit, after the third time!

Jack Ass Two is the movie I chose because it is directed towards the college age student, more the male gender rather than the female. It’s important for college students to watch this movie because it brings one comic relief. It is so outrageously funny and it teaches people the stupid things they can do on earth, which they probably shouldn’t have to do after seeing this movie. In one part of the movie, one of the guys pretended to be a high jacker. He dressed up into a disguise and they gave him a handgun. (I won’t report what the beard hair consisted of.) He insisted that the taxi driver, which was another friend of theirs, take him to the airport urgently. What the first guy didn’t know is his friends were in on it. They told their taxi driver friend, also with a gun, to pretend it was real. He pulled out his gun and forced the passenger in the trunk. Then the third guy that was on the film crew came over and then the taxi driver pretended to beat him up and then shoot him. The guy in the trunk was thinking this was for real and about died from fear.

I feel as though this movie is important for college students to watch because laughter increases the happy endorphins in your brain naturally.  This is a much needed thing for college students especially now. It reduces stress in the greatest time of need, the end of the semester, when everything is loaded upon us all at once.

I think college students would love to discuss this movie in class because it has been one of the most comical and humorous classes I’ve attended thus far, and I highly recommend it. I believe it has something to do with the teacher of the class.

Seeing this movie is like taking a euphoric drug only it’s an all natural high. It cannot only reduce stress it can keep you from getting sick. The more you smile or laugh, the more your brain and your body benefit. It’s a proven fact; there are several studies that have been done to prove this also. And I seen a special on “Laughter and Smiling,” on the Today’s show last week.

This movies argument issues for college students would be that its content is a bit gross and probably R rated, it is also directed towards the male gender. Those parts can be fast forwarded. (I didn’t care much for those parts either.)

Issues raised by this movie are the craziness and down right, disgusting moments that no one on this planet needed to try.

The infatuation stage of this movie would have to be all of the pain the actors went through to film this movie. They actually shot each other with rubber bullets, and were severely bruised because of it.

Possible Arguments someone might use against showing this movie in class might be the fact that it is rated R and there are moments in the film that are downright nasty. The part where the guy sat exposed on the ice horse carving and was then pushed off after contact was very unattractive to say the least. There were also some parts that I won’t mention, that I had to turn my head and not listen to either. (Those parts should be fast forwarded of course.)

Critics might say ‘It’s a silly adult movie,’ but it’s well worth watching because of how hilarious it is. Other components to consider would have to be witnessing the grossness these guys went through in order to make this movie. The part with the horse was beyond discusting and can not be talked about in this essay.

The plot for this movie is to do anything absolutely off the wall or insane. Originality of this film is immense; I couldn’t imagine anyone even trying to attempt to duplicate this movie. They tried some pretty daring, discusting and painfull stunts. They were even life threatning, but no one was severely injured during the filming.

My crazy boys really enjoyed this movie; I took them to it myself. Hopefully they know now what not to do when they are with their friends and are a bit bored. They were kind of embarrassed because I was laughing so loud. I could hardly ketch my breath before the next gig came up. If you want to see a movie that will make you laugh hysterically like my boys did, this would be the one to watch!
