<description>Hi. I want to have a looped mp3 play continuously across web pages, and not cut off when exiting one page and entering another. I also would like to have a control on several pages that will be able to turn the file on and off. Can this be done just with HTML, and does it necessitate using frames? Separately, is it possible to configure it so that when someone turns it off and then on again, it will pick up where it was "paused"?

Much obliged!
