The learning styles inventory results showed that I’m a visual learner; I totally agree. I like to see someone visually perform something before I actually try it. I want to make sure that I do it right, so I usually ask someone to show me; if needed. For instance, when being taught how to work the registers at American Eagle I wouldn’t have been able to learn how to work them without being visually shown what you need to do.
My second example is the fact that I can replay movie scenes in my head after watching them. After watching a movie I ‘m able to replay and picture scenes from the movie; days, weeks or months after the fact. It’s a nice benefit for you if you are bored and you can’t find or think of anything to do; you can just sit and relax and replay movie scenes in your head until you find something better to do.
